Description:
From the hotel we start north over the Tschirggen to the upper Stieralp. From there you continue on the path Widdersteinhütte - Mindelheimerhütte to the entrance Geißhorn. From here, with a bit of luck, ibex can be seen. The view to the Mindelheimer Hut and the Allgäu Alps opens up. From the summit you can see the Allgäuer, Lechtaler, Kleinwalsertaler and Arlberger mountains. The descent takes place via the same path, after about 2/3 of the descent a branch path leads to the Mindelheimerhütte where we immediately reach the Schwabenjoch.
