- The local tax of € 2.70 per person (from 14 years) per day will be charged separately.

- Children's prices are valid for 1 full-paying adults in the same room. Please also note a possible minimum occupancy of the rooms.
- For the single occupancy of a double room we charge a surcharge of 20% on the room rate.
- Dogs are available on request in certain rooms, per day we charge € 20, - per dog without food.
- With appropriate availability, the room can be used for a surcharge of € 40, - on the day of departure until 15.00 clock.
- Your booking will be fixed with a deposit of € 250,00.
